It’s rare to find customer service like Peters these days. So rare, I can’t think of the last time I honestly experienced such professionalism and attention to detail. Peter made my mortgage super Easy! One thing I appreciated is that he does a lot of the leg work and doesn’t ask for bits and pieces of information while you’re trying to manage your own busy day to day schedule. To apply for my mortgage, he sent me one email asking for several documents. I sent him one email back with them all and within 24 hours, I was able to find out if I was approved or not. He works quickly and efficiently. Seemingly works all hours of the day to provide timely responses and works tirelessly to ensure his clients get the best service they can.
